Job summary

Jps Recruitment is seeking a capable Site Engineer to join a landmark $500M multi-residential development on the Gold Coast. You’ll join an experienced project delivery team and take ownership of engineering activities across one of the project’s high-rise towers.

Reporting to the Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer, you’ll coordinate subcontractors, trades and consultants, manage technical issues, inspections and site documentation, and drive programme and delivery on a major Tier

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Engineer within commercial construction.
• Exposure to Tier 1 or major project environments.
• Experience working with EBA subcontractors highly regarded.

• Take ownership of engineering activities across one of the project's high-rise towers.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and consultants throughout construction.
• Manage technical issues, inspections, quality and site documentation.

The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a capable Site Engineer to join their project team on a landmark $500M multi-residential development on the Gold Coast.

The project consists of two high-rise residential towers above a significant podium structure and is currently progressing through the podium stage.

Joining two existing Site Engineers already assigned to the project, this role will focus on one of the residential towers as the project progresses through the structure and beyond.

You'll report to an experienced Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer while working closely with the wider site team, subcontractors and consultants throughout the delivery of the project.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineer who has already gained experience on major projects and is ready to take on significant responsibility within a large, complex high-rise development.
