The Project:

ACCIONA Has Been Awarded a Major Wharf Infrastructure Project At Port Hedland For The Pilbara Ports Authority. This Is The First Stage Of The Lumsden Point General Cargo Facility And Logistics Hub (LCGF) – a Transformative Multi-user Facility Designed To

  • Enable the export of critical minerals
  • Support the import of renewable energy infrastructure
  • Facilitate the import/export of general cargo
  • Accommodate the import of bulk liquids such as fuel and chemicals

The Opportunity:

We’re seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our site team in Port Hedland. This role provides high-quality administrative support to the wider project team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel and accommodation for the rostered project team
  • Provide onboarding support and deliver responsive day-to-day administration
  • Collate weekly timesheets, liaise with payroll, and manage data entry
  • Procure site supplies and manage logistics requirements
  • Prepare project administration reports and maintain accurate records
  • Raise purchase orders and receipt goods, and issue invoices

About You:

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration or a similar role
  • Previous experience in the resource sector and FIFO is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to engage at all levels
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Current driver licence and reliable vehicle
