Job summary

CAE is seeking a KC-30A Simulator PIQ professional to provide training, assessment and material development for KC-30A MRTT Pilot Initial Qualification (PIQ) and currency training, reporting to the KC-30A Lead Instructor (LI).

The role covers classroom and simulator delivery, evaluation of training materials, and liaison with resident instructional staff while contributing to Environmental Health and Safety and Aviation Safety Management on the training platform as directed by the LI.

This role will be responsible to the KC-30A Key Account Manager (KAM) and will report to the KC-30A Lead Instructor (LI) for the provision of training, administrative and subject matter expert support applicable to KC-30A MRTT Pilot Initial Qualification (PIQ) course, secondary upgrade courses and currency training, as well as liaise with other resident instructional staff as required.

The KC-30A Simulator PI is responsible to the LI for the preparation, delivery, assessment, maintenance and evaluation of training and assessment materials, including delivery of training in the classroom, and simulator as required. Additionally, the role contributes to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Aviation Safety Management related to their training platform reporting to the Lead Instructor, as well as internal CAE business initiatives as directed by the LI.
