Job summary

HuizingHarvest is seeking a hands-on Working Foreman to lead silo construction projects in grain storage across Australia. You will actively participate in construction while supervising a site team, delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality results.

The role requires foreman-level experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read technical drawings. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel in Australia are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in silo or steel structure building is preferred.
• Experience in a foreman, lead hand, or supervisory role.
• Hands-on mentality with strong technical insight.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• You have a valid driver’s license and are willing to travel and work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install silos at different project sites.
• Lead and coordinate daily on-site construction activities.
• Actively participate in silo assembly and installation work.
• Supervise and support a team of technicians and construction workers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Monitor progress, quality, and planning of the project.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and provide practical solutions.
