About the role

We are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our SIL teams in Wollongbar, Goonellabah & Ballina

About You

To set the benchmark standard of services, we seek like-minded support workers that uphold and represent our core values:Integrity, Empathy, Creative, Inspire, Mindfulness & Bold.

In addition to our values, our support staff requireMandatory Experience and Compliance:

• 1-2 years experience as a Support Worker across behaviours of concern and in a SIL environment.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Mental Health, Disability, or related industry.
• Experience in Autism, Mild Intellectual Disability and Anxiety
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Medication Training Certificate (or willing to obtain).
• Manual Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain).
• Drivers Licence and fully insured vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Flexible availability across a 24/7 roster.
