Sofitel Melbourne on Collins in the heart of Melbourne CBD is seeking a passionate Bartender for its Atrium Bar. You will craft and serve a diverse range of beverages, run the beverage station, manage stock and presentation, and help create moments that elevate the guest experience.

Victorian RSA required with 1 year in a high-volume setting; ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays; wine, spirits and cocktail knowledge.

Qualifications

• Victorian RSA is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• In-depth cocktail, spirit & wine knowledge.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends & public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve a diverse range of beverages at the Atrium Bar.
• Run the beverage show from preparation to stock, equipment, and presentation for guests.
