Insigns Pty Ltd., a leading signage manufacturer in Melbourne, seeks a Senior Signage Installer to lead on-site installations across fascia, pylon, illuminated and architectural signage. You will read plans, survey sites, and coordinate with project managers to ensure safe, high‑quality results.

You will guide a small crew or subcontractors, work with crane operators, and represent the company professionally on site. A minimum of five years' experience and proper safety credentials are required.

Qualifikationen

• At least five years’ experience in signage installation or a related trade.
• Strong practical skills with hand and power tools and access equipment.
• White Card and EWP credentials.
• Ability to lead installations independently and make on-site decisions.

Insigns is a leading signage manufacturer delivering projects across the corporate, construction and retail sectors. With two fully equipped factories and in-house fabrication, CNC machining, print and paint capabilities, we manage design, production and installation from start to finish.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Signage Installer to lead on-site installations. If you take pride in a quality finish, enjoy solving practical problems and can run an installation professionally, we would like to hear from you.

THE ROLE

• Install fascia, pylon, illuminated, architectural, wayfinding and statutory signage.
• Read plans, shop drawings and engineering documents, check site conditions and carry out accurate site surveys and set‑outs.
• Plan and lead installations, directing a small crew or subcontractors when required.
• Work with crane operators, access equipment and subcontract installers.
• Coordinate with our project managers and production team to deliver installations safely and to a high standard.
• Represent Insigns professionally with clients, builders and site supervisors.

ABOUT YOU

• At least five years’ experience in signage installation or a related trade.
• Strong practical skills with hand and power tools, fixings and access equipment.
• White Card and relevant EWP credentials.
• Able to lead installations independently and make sound decisions on site.
• Reliable, organised and attentive to detail, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
