Job summary

Mackay Signage Group is seeking a reliable, hands-on team member for our production and installation team in Mackay. Work Monday to Friday with training and career growth in a supportive workshop environment.

You will work on a variety of signage projects, using printers, vinyl cutters and CNC routers, with a focus on quality and safety. Rights to work in Australia and a valid driving license are essential.

Qualifications

• Reliable and with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work.
• Must have a current drivers license.
• Must have current, valid rights to work in Australia.
• White Card is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience with tools, machinery or welding is a bonus.
• Industry experience is valued and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installations in the workshop and on-site.
• Prepare and assemble signage materials.
• Operate or assist with printers, vinyl cutters, CNC routers and related equipment.
• Perform general labour and provide workshop support, lifting and moving materials.
• Help maintain a safe, clean and organised workplace.
