Job summary

You will collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal teams to define clear responsibilities, document interfaces and escalation paths, and drive continuous improvement through regular reporting and lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SIAM, multi-supplier or complex service delivery environments.
• Strong governance implementation and service management process optimization.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate end-to-end provider onboarding into the SIAM ecosystem.
• Own and coordinate the controlled offboarding of providers and knowledge transfer.
• Build governance arrangements and provide reports for governance forums.
