Job summary

Reece Group in Moorebank is seeking a Showroom Sales Consultant to provide expert advice on leading bathroom brands and help customers design their dream bathrooms. You’ll work with builders, renovators, architects and retail customers to build rapport and win new business.

You will manage quotes and orders, proactively pursue new opportunities, and use our 3D Planner to bring visions to life while delivering outstanding service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience in sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office (we love to promote people from within)

Responsibilities

• Guiding customers and helping them choose the right bathroom products
• Proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities to grow sales and market share
• Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
• Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
• Visiting customer offices and building sites to build relationships, understand project needs and win work
• Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely
