Job summary

Reece Heatherbrae is seeking a friendly Retail Consultant to help builders, designers and homeowners navigate bathroom renovations. In this role you’ll guide product selection, prepare quotes and process orders by email and phone, and use our 3D Planner to visualise fittings.

You’ll visit clients onsite, maintain strong relationships, keep the showroom running smoothly, and be comfortable learning new systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoy helping customers.
• Energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow.
• Comfortable using a computer and happy to learn new systems.
• Open to working various shifts, including weekends.
• Wants to develop their career within our network.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers choose bathroom products.
• Create and manage quotes and orders via email and phone.
• Use 3D Planner to bring a customer’s dream to life.
• Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain relationships.
• Keep the showroom running smoothly and safely.
