Job summary

Repco is seeking a Retail Team Leader to guide the team in creating appealing merchandising displays and effective planograms. You will lead store-floor presentation and customer engagement while upholding safety and standards.

Strong leadership and merchandising skills are essential, with experience in large-format retail. Availability Tue–Sat or as arranged with the Manager is expected.

• Experience creating appealing shopping experiences and merchandising displays.
• Experience in large format retail focusing on displays, planograms and promotions.
• Ability to lead a team and drive sales while ensuring safety standards.

• Assist with occasional deliveries when required.
