JRC Glass Solutions pty ltd in Brisbane is seeking an Experienced Window, Door & Shower Screen Installer / Glazier. This full-time role offers up to $130,000 plus super, with Mon-Fri hours 7:00am–3:30pm across Brisbane and SE Queensland.

You will perform aluminium window/door removals, frameless shower screens, mirrors, and full glazing renovations on residential and select commercial projects. You’ll bring five years of glazing experience, strong finish quality, and the ability to work

Qualificações

• At least five years of relevant glazing and installation experience.
• Strong ability to install aluminium windows/doors and shower screens.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Your experience needs to stand up on site

Your first 90 days: clear standards and a chance to demonstrate your capability

You’ll bring established trade skills. Your onboarding will give you a clear understanding of the workflows, quality standards and systems you’ll be working within.

Your 90-day scorecard will document your capability across the work, recognise your strengths and identify any areas that need attention.

You’ll know exactly what you’re responsible for through your Key Performance Areas (KPAs) and how your results are measured through your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

These cover:

Quality: Installation accuracy, finish and rework.

Productivity: Completing work efficiently within agreed timeframes.

Independence: Planning jobs, solving problems and taking ownership.

Communication: Keeping customers, teammates and the office informed.

Safety and systems: Safe work practices, checklists, photos and accurate time records.

Regular reviews will give you direct feedback, an opportunity to raise issues and a clear discussion about your development and future responsibilities.

Your experience will be respected, and your performance will be assessed on what you deliver.

The work you’ll take on

Working with the Director / Team Leader, you’ll carry out:

Aluminium window and door removal and replacement.

Frameless and semi-frameless shower screen installations.

Mirror and splashback installations.

General glazing and renovation fit-off work.

Most jobs involve residential renovations and retrofit installations across Brisbane and South East Queensland, with some commercial projects.

What you’ll need

At least five years of relevant glazing and installation experience.

Strong, proven skills across windows, doors and shower screens.

The ability to complete detailed installations independently.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
