Tip Top Bakeries is seeking a motivated Shopper Marketing Assistant to join our Category and Shopper Marketing team in North Ryde. You will support shopper marketing and e-commerce activity across Coles, Woolworths and IGA, helping deliver campaigns for key events and retailer-led activity.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career marketer who wants hands-on experience bringing retail campaigns to life. You’ll support Shopper Marketing and E-commerce activity across our key retail partners, including Coles, Woolworths and IGA, helping deliver campaigns for key events, occasions & retailer led activity.
Working in our Shopper Marketing team, and partnering closely with Brand, Sales Operations and National Sales teams, you’ll coordinate campaign activity, manage point-of-sale materials, track budgets and analyse campaign performance. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on creating growth for our shoppers, brands and retail partners.
You’re organised, curious and comfortable managing multiple projects at different stages. You enjoy working with different stakeholders, have strong attention to detail and can turn information and data into clear, practical insights.
