Job summary

Tip Top Bakeries is seeking an HSE Coordinator to support our national Field Sales team across Australia, focusing on health, safety, wellbeing, injury management and return-to-work activities. This role is ideal for someone with HSE experience looking to build capability across a national workforce.

Based in North Ryde, you will coordinate programs, maintain compliance, analyse safety data and help cultivate a positive safety culture within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in a HSE/WHS role.
• Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with stakeholders.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Experience with HSE systems or incident management is advantageous.
• FMCG/manufacturing exposure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support health, safety and wellbeing initiatives across the business.
• Coordinate HSE training programs, toolbox talks and campaigns.
• Maintain HSE records, documentation and reporting requirements.
• Monitor and analyse HSE data, prepare reports and identify trends.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Assist with injury management and return-to-work administration.
• Conduct workplace inspections and assist audit activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety and wellbeing.
• Provide administrative support to the broader HSE team and Sales leaders.

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a HSE Coordinator to support our national Field Sales team across Australia, assisting with health, safety, wellbeing, injury management and return-to-work activities. This role is ideal for someone with some HSE experience who is looking to build their capability and gain exposure across a national workforce.

Based in North Ryde, you will provide day-to-day support across a range of HSE initiatives, helping to coordinate programs, maintain compliance processes, analyse safety data and contribute to a positive safety culture.

Purpose of the Role

• Support the delivery of health, safety and wellbeing initiatives across the business
• Coordinate HSE training programs, toolbox talks and awareness campaigns
• Assist with maintaining HSE records, documentation and reporting requirements
• Monitor and analyse HSE data, preparing reports and identifying trends
• Support incident investigation processes and follow-up corrective actions
• Assist with injury management and return-to-work administration
• Conduct workplace inspections and support audit activities
• Help drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workplace safety and wellbeing
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the broader HSE team and Sales leaders

About You

• 1-3 years' experience in a HSE, WHS, safety coordination or related role
• Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or currently working towards completing it)
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience using HSE systems, safety reporting platforms or incident management systems will be highly regarded
• Exposure to injury management, return-to-work processes or incident investigations will be advantageous
• Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, retail or a field-based workforce is beneficial but not essential
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the HSE profession.
