Thrift Emporium is seeking a Retail Supervisor for a permanent full-time role at Capalaba (Brand New Store). The position offers $30.66 p/hr + Super + NFP Salary Packaging and a commission program for high performers.
You will lead a retail team, work with volunteers, and drive sales in a community-focused store. You will manage pricing, merchandising, and customer service, while coaching staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve targets.
