Job summary

St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria in South Melbourne is seeking a retail superstar to lead a diverse team of staff and volunteers in our shop. You will drive sales, coach budding retail heroes and ensure exceptional customer service while supporting community fundraising.

Not-for-profit salary packaging, flexible work options, and a values-driven culture are offered. A current driver’s licence and ability to stand and lift up to 15 kg are required.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:15pm
• Hourly rate: $33.99 base rate + Tax reducing salary package

About the role

We are currently seeking a retail superstar to lead a diverse team of volunteers in our South Melbourne shop!

You will lead a team of staff and volunteers who are just as passionate about giving back to their communities as you will be!
