Job summary

Apprenticeships Queensland Limited in Moorooka, QLD is seeking a motivated Shop Fitting Apprentice to learn alongside experienced tradespeople on commercial fit-out projects. This full-time role offers on-the-job training and a pathway to a nationally recognised qualification.

You will assist with shop and office fit-outs, install cabinetry and fixtures, use hand and power tools safely, and contribute to a clean, safe worksite while learning every aspect of the Shop Fitting trade.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum P1 Driver Licence.
• Be physically fit and able to work with hand and power tools.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with commercial shop and office fit-outs.
• Installation of cabinetry, wall systems, partitions, and fixtures.
• Using hand and power tools safely.
• Loading, unloading, and handling materials.
• Maintaining a clean and safe worksite.
• Learning all aspects of the Shop Fitting trade.
