Job summary

Hungry Jack's Pty Ltd in Ipswich, Queensland seeks a trainer, coach and mentor to crew level employees. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will bring our values of "Guest Obsessed" and "People Power" to life, delivering exceptional service and creating an environment that promotes safe working conditions.

You will lead shifts, train and coach team members, support sales through service excellence, and participate in national marketing initiatives.
