Oporto is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Warringah Mall location in Sydney. This casual/part-time role requires leading a team to deliver the brand standards, coach staff, and ensure safe, delicious food and memorable customer experiences.

You’ll drive sales, support your team, and maintain a positive, energetic work atmosphere. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced setting, excel at multitasking, and be a champion for customers while upholding safety and quality.

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for the successful leadership of a team to deliver overall brand standards and results. You will motivate, coach, and support your team to drive feel-good customer experiences, deliver delicious safe food, drive sales, and maximise profit all whilst maintaining the overall safety of the team and customers. You will use your time management and communication skills together with your can-do attitude to ensure all tasks are completed to best in class standards and that our customers are always our top priority.
