Job summary

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for the successful leadership of a team to deliver overall brand standards and results. You will motivate, coach, and support your team to drivefeel-good customerexperiences, deliver delicious safe food, drive sales, and maximise profit all whilst maintaining the overall safety of the team and customers. You will use your time management and communication skills together with your can-do attitude to ensure all tasks are completed tobest in classstandards and that our customers are always our top priority.
