Qualifications

• Previous shift supervisor experience.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to lead a team and manage daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in day-to-day operations.
• Model Zambrero values and culture.
• Assist with hiring, training, performance reviews and rostering.
• Ensure food is prepared, presented, and served to high standards.
• Assist with stock ordering from suppliers.
• Support with office tasks such as paperwork, banking, and payroll.
• Maintain regular cleaning of production areas, dining room and restaurant.
• Ensure safety and Workplace Health and Safety standards are met and staff are trained.
