Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in day-to-day operations.

• Assist in training, developing, and driving the team.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding of new team members.
• Manage team performance reviews and rostering.
• Ensure high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.
• Assist with stock ordering from suppliers.
• Support admin tasks including banking and payroll.
• Oversee daily/weekly cleaning of production areas and dining area.
• Support marketing promotions and safety training.
