Zeus Street Greek is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to lead the restaurant team during shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences. You will coach staff, uphold food safety and service standards, and support opening/closing procedures in a fast‑paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory hospitality experience, strong leadership, and the ability to train and motivate others while maintaining performance under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, QSR or retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train, coach and motivate team.
• Sound understanding of food safety, customer service and operational standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the team during your shift.
• Coach and provide feedback on performance.
• Ensure all food, service and safety standards are consistently met.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with basic inventory control.
• Assist with cash handling, POS procedures and basic reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance.
