Job summary

Red Rooster Ermington is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure brand standards, quality and food safety, and coach the crew. You will manage on-shift tasks, support customers, and maintain a clean, safe restaurant while fostering a positive team culture.

You will also lead, mentor, and develop staff, ensuring excellent service during peak periods, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. This role offers opportunities to grow within the Red Rooster family.

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction. You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service.
