Job summary

Red Rooster in Melbourne is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure brand standards, quality and safety, and deliver memorable customer experiences across busy shifts.

You will guide and coach the crew, manage busy periods with strong time management, stay presentable and safe, and contribute to a fun, fast-paced team that takes pride in people, product and service while supporting the Craveable Brands family.

We are looking for shift supervisors right now!

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction. You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service.
