Job summary

Red Rooster Browns Plains is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift operations, ensuring our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards are met during peak times.

You will coach and support the crew, oversee food preparation and service, maintain a clean, well-presented restaurant, and help create memorable customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction. You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service.
