Position Summary

The Shift Supervisor works on a rotating shift schedule and will supervise the daily activities of safety, quality, and production procedures, as well as, lead colleagues in all aspects of production during his/her respective shift.

Job Requirements

To be considered for an opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture
• Full compliance with all Employee Safety and Food Safety laws, regulations and rules of Golden Peanut Company and ADM
• Role requires 2-5 years of progressive experience in Manufacturing/Production environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and/or electrical aptitude a plus
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing flow processes, controls and procedures
• Ability to understand, develop and manage production schedules and target dates
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to climb and work in high areas
• Must demonstrate high-level of problem solving and team working skills
• High level of Organizational and Inter-personal skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for all related operations of manufacturing facility
