Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Bendigo to lead a morning shift in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will oversee production, supervise staff, and ensure safety and policy compliance while coordinating with other departments to optimise workflows.

In this permanent, full-time role, you will monitor performance metrics, maintain records, and resolve issues promptly. The position offers a 5am–2pm schedule, competitive AUD salary, and superannuation benefits in Bendigo.
