Responsibilities

• Assist the Station Manager to exceed financial targets and KPI's in optimizing revenue growth and profitability.
• Control station costs in line with budgets.
• Ensure company damage policies are complied with to reduce risk and cost of accidents.
• Actively market Europcar services within the specified station region.
• Exceed and surpass customer service expectations.
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports on financial, operational station and fleet performance measures.

Job Description We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive full time Shift Supervisor for our Sydney Airport location. Reporting to the Station Manager this role plays a critical part in ensuring excellent sales and customer service for our clients whilst being dedicated to the growing success of the Station.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

Car rental will see the light a few years later, across the Atlantic, but its development will be stopped by the first and then by the Second World Wars.
