Tronox has an opportunity for a Shift Operator at Atlas Mine, Australia, on a full-time, permanent basis with a 7 days on / 7 days off roster. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will operate plant/equipment, collect samples, enter data, and support the team in a high-hazard environment.

About the Role

Tronox has an opportunity available for a ShiftOperator withintheProduction team based at Atlas Mine. This position is offered on a full time, permanent basis working a 7 days on / 7 days off shift roster.

Reporting to theShiftSupervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Operating plant/equipment independently.
• Identify issues with plant/equipment.
• Enter data accurately and promptly into the Control Room system.
• Responsible for collection and delivery of in process samples for laboratory analysis.
• Assist team members with tasks.
• Follow set procedures in the event of an emergency.
• Completes routine housekeeping.

We are currently looking for applicants who are competent in the following areas:

• Complete routine tasks/sampling (advantageous)
• Routine plant equipment operation.
• Previous experience working in a team environment.
• Knowledge of working in a high hazard environment.
• Commitment to further learning and development.
• Assistother operators/maintainers with tasks.
• Complete routine housekeeping.
