Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations across our car wash sites. You will oversee staffing, safety, service standards, and guest satisfaction, acting as Manager-on-Duty to resolve issues and ensure smooth shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Own daily shift execution including staffing, safety, and service standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolve guest and team issues with discretion.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions with clear communication and follow-through.
• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to standards.
