Job summary

Guzman y Gomez in Cessnock is hiring a Shift Leader for our new restaurant opening. You will lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver fast, friendly service while upholding food safety and quality standards in a high-energy environment.

This part-time role offers flexible rosters, training and progression opportunities into restaurant management. You will help shape guest experiences and build a positive, collaborative crew culture in line with GYG standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service delivery and guest interaction.
• Willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate if not already held.
