Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Shift Leader to ensure safe, efficient end-to-end production of Philadelphia products on rotating day, afternoon and night shifts. You will oversee a 10–15 person team, drive safety and quality culture, and deliver key metrics.

You will lead a diverse team, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, apply lean manufacturing principles, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision making skills.
• Ability to multi task and prioritise in a fast paced environment.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office, with exposure to Payroll systems & SAP advantageous.
• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
• Reliable, proactive and well organised.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

You’re key responsibilities include;

Base rate of $49.78 per hour after initial training. This rate excludes shift and leading hand allowances and overtime.

The position is structured across rotating shifts – Day / Afternoon / Night.
