Job summary

Programmed is seeking Casual Shift Operators for a 24/7 manufacturing plant near Bunbury in Dardanup. The role involves safe forklift operation, moving product between storage and production, and working in a team to maintain continuous supply.

You should hold a C Class licence and a High-Risk forklift licence, with a safety-first mindset and willingness to upskill via buddy training. Rotating 2-day/2-night/4-off roster applies.

Qualifications

• C Class driver's licence required.
• Current High-Risk forklift license required.
• Experience with forklift operation and handling loads is desirable.
• Commitment to safety and ability to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move products between storage and the plant.

Currently seeking Casual Shift Operators for a 24/7 manufacturing plant in Dardanup, south of Bunbury. Join a leading Australian supplier of premium decorative surfaces with over 80 years in the industry. Roles are on a rotating 2-day, 2-night, 4-off shift schedule. Responsibilities include maintaining product supply to production lines, with opportunities to upskill as a multi-skilled process operator.

About your new role:

• Safe operation of forklifts with ugly loads
• Operate forklift to move product between storage and the plant
• Work within a team environment
• Identify maintenance issues with plant/equipment
• Willing to upskill across different plant/equipment through buddy system training.

About You:

• Previous experience in an industrial environment is desirable but not required.
• C Class driver's licence
• Current High-Risk license (Forklift)
• Experience with ugly loads is highly regarded
• Committed to a safe work environment and willing to promote safety within a team;
• Ability to work on a shift roster;
• Ability to work in a team or autonomously;
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol screen
