Job summary

Veolia, a global environmental leader, seeks a permanent full-time SHEQ Systems and Reporting leader for ANZ. You will govern Veolia’s SHEQ framework, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with evolving standards.

You will collaborate with Health, Safety, Environment and Quality teams and external stakeholders to support operational performance and the Always Safe commitment. You will oversee data governance and reporting using Tableau and the Enterprise Datalake, and coordinate

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Quality, Safety, Environment, Risk Management or a related discipline is highly desirable
• Proven experience in SHEQ or management systems, including integrated management systems and ISO standards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills with experience managing SHEQ data and performance information
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence outcomes and drive continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for Veolia’s SHEQ Systems and Reporting function, acting as the key point of contact
• Oversee governance, maintenance and continual improvement of Veolia’s safety, environment and quality systems and contractor management
• Monitor changes to legislation, regulations, codes of practice and standards and embed their impact across the business
• Support Health, Safety and Environment teams to develop and maintain high-quality SHEQ policies and procedures
• Lead SHEQ data governance and reporting, including data quality, trends, risk identification and reporting through Tableau and Enterprise Datalake
• Coordinate SHEQ reporting for Global and VANZ Executive stakeholders and support tender and business development activities
