Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain sheetmetal machinery including press brakes and guillotines.
• Read and interpret technical drawings to fabricate components accurately.
• Perform precise cutting, bending, forming and welding as required.
• Collaborate with production team to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment following safety protocols.
• Assist with packing and preparation of finished products for delivery.

We are seeking a skilled SheetMetal Worker to join our dynamic manufacturing team at AVRO SheetMetal in South Albury, NSW. As a SheetMetal Worker, you will play a crucial role in the production and fabrication of high-quality metal components and assemblies. What you'll be doing

• Operate and maintain a variety of sheetmetal machinery, including press brakes, guillotines, and metal-cutting equipment
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication
• Perform precision metal cutting, bending, forming, and welding tasks to produce high-quality components
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes
• Maintain a safe and organised work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures
• Assist with the packing and preparation of finished products for delivery
