Job summary

Workforce Success is seeking an experienced sheet metal worker to handle lagging and cladding tasks. The role is permanent and busy, with the freedom to run the job your way and a mix of site and workshop work.

You’ll work at least 40 hours per week with overtime and Saturday mornings, earning $50–$55/hr and potentially $100,000–$110,000+ annually. Penalties are paid and safety remains a priority.

Qualifications

• Experience or a qualification as a sheet metal worker (light fabrication).
• Lagging and cladding experience is a big tick.
• Self-starter who can solve problems onsite without supervision.
• White Card.
• LF and EWP tickets are highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• GAL and stainless steel cladding
• Self-managed lagging and cladding pipework onsite
