Hushpak Engineering in Boolaroo NSW 2284 is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Worker to join our team. You will transform raw metal into precision components meeting client specs and contribute to diverse fabrication projects.

Ideal candidates have proven sheet metal fabrication experience, ability to read drawings, operate press brakes, rollers and bending equipment, and maintain high safety and quality standards in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport to Boolaroo NSW

Responsabilités

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints and technical specifications to guide fabrication work
Measuring, marking and cutting sheet metal using hand tools, power tools and industrial machinery
Forming, bending and shaping sheet metal components using press brakes, rollers and other fabrication equipment
Assembling sheet metal parts through welding, riveting, fastening and bonding techniques
Performing quality checks throughout the fabrication process to ensure components meet required tolerances and standards
Operating and maintaining sheet metal working equipment safely and effectively
Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
