Job summary

Synergie Group is partnering with an established sheet metal company in South West Sydney, seeking a reliable Welder / Sheet Metal Worker. You will fabricate and assemble quality metal cabinets and components, including stainless steel, with MIG/TIG welding.

You’ll read engineering drawings and operate press brakes, guillotines, CNC punches, and other machinery, ensuring high-quality workmanship in a safe, tidy workspace. The role is a day shift in Ingleburn area of South West Sydney.

Qualifications

• Experience in sheet metal fabrication and MIG/TIG welding.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Experience operating sheet metal machinery and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude and a good work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, MIG and TIG weld, and assemble metal cabinets.
