Job summary
Nestlé Australia is seeking a SHE Manager Supply Chain to lead safety strategy across its Oceania distribution and logistics network. You will influence leadership to embed safety into daily decisions, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement with a hands-on, travel‑heavy remit across Australia and the Oceania region.
You will partner with senior leaders to strengthen safety performance, lead audits, and build a culture where people go home safe every day, supporting Nestlé’s global FMCG

- Ability to influence across all levels and drive safety outcomes.
- Experience leading transformation and embedding safety ownership.
Responsibilities
- Lead SHE programs across Oceania logistics network.
- Partner with Supply Chain leaders to embed a high-performing SHE culture.
- Drive audit program and ensure regulatory and Nestlé standards compliance.
- Coach leaders to build capability and safety accountability.
- Lead investigations and translate insights into improvements.
- Collaborate with Oceania SHE team to enhance systems and training.
- Champion security activities across sites and support Nestlé strategy.
