Job summary

Retained in Brisbane seeks an experienced Senior SharePoint and PowerApps Developer to own the enterprise collaboration platform. You will design and evolve SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, ensuring security, compliance, and scalability while aligning with business goals.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, build automation and apps for approvals and document lifecycles, manage access controls, drive governance, and translate complex technical details for both technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and implementing SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
• Strong ability to lead end-to-end platform governance and compliance.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders and business units.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the SharePoint and Power Platform environment, from design through to governance and compliance alignment.
• Consult with business areas and senior leaders to understand requirements for new solutions, and drive ongoing improvement by feeding lessons learned back into the platform.
• Build automation and app-based solutions that handle approvals, document lifecycle, and access permissions, with proper audit trails baked in.
• Manage data protection and access controls to keep risk in check and stay compliant.
• Bring platform management in-house, taking over work previously handled by external vendors.
• Act as the primary technical authority on SharePoint and Power Platform, guiding other teams on design and best practice.
• Translate technical detail into plain language so both technical and non-technical stakeholders can make informed decisions.
• Keep documentation current to support audits, knowledge sharing, and consistent delivery.

We are looking for an experienced Senior SharePoint and PowerApps Developer to join our client's team and take ownership of a critical enterprise collaboration platform. This is a great opportunity for you to lead the design and evolution of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.

• Based in Brisbane CBD with 50% WFH
• Experience across Azure foundations and Logic Apps highly regarded

About this position:

You will be joining a team of three, you will be responsible for designing, building, and continuously improving the SharePoint environment and associated Power Platform solutions, ensuring the platform remains secure, compliant, and scalable.
