Job summary

iStaff Australia in Sydney, NSW is seeking a motivated labourer to support pipeline, sewer and infrastructure projects. The role involves entering 600mm openings to access sewer infrastructure and assist with camera inspections.

You will work underground in confined spaces, perform manual handling and site preparation duties, and assist operators and tradespeople across civil/wastewater projects. Immediate start and long-term prospects available.

Qualifications

• Full Open Driver's Licence is required.
• Own transport is preferred as depot is not accessible by public transport.
• Willingness to obtain a Confined Space Ticket.
• Willingness to obtain a Working at Heights Ticket.
• Willingness to perform hard manual labour.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labouring duties across pipeline, sewer and infrastructure projects.
• Work underground and within confined spaces as required.
• Assist with sewer, drainage and pipe maintenance activities.
• Assist with underground pipeline and infrastructure works.
• Access ~600mm openings to enter sewer infrastructure and assist with camera inspections.
• Perform manual handling, cleaning and site preparation duties.
• Assist operators and tradespeople with equipment and site activities.
