Local Workforce Hire is seeking reliable General Labourers and Casual Trade Assistants for ongoing assignments across various sites in the region. Earn $35.11 per hour with daily travel allowance and weekly pay, with potential for permanent roles after proving consistency and performance.

Roles cover landscaping, construction, shopfitting and industrial work. We offer ongoing casual shifts and a professional team dedicated to securing regular work for our staff.

Competenze

• 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card is required.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport are highly preferred.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.

Mansioni

• Perform site preparation and clean-up.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, with opportunities to work across a variety of industries including:

• Commercial and residential landscaping
• Residential and commercial construction
• Warehouse fit-outs and pallet racking installations
• Shopfitting and carpentry projects
• Demolition and strip-out work
• General labouring across manufacturing and industrial sites
• Site clean-ups and final cleans

Typical tasks include:

• Site preparation and clean-up
• Wheelbarrowing materials
• Digging and trenching
• Lifting and carrying materials
• Packing and stacking
• Assisting qualified tradespeople
• General labouring duties as required

What We're Looking For

To join our team you must have:

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant
• Construction White Card
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliability and punctuality

PPE Requirements

You must supply your own PPE, including:

• Steel-capped boots
• Safety glasses
• High-visibility clothing
