Your new role

  • Assess, collate and process loan application documents
  • Provide guidance and support to customers across a range of banking products and services
  • Support customers and navigate toward an optimal resolution
  • Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders (brokers/lenders/customers)
  • Have excellent computer literacy skills (ability to use multiple computer systems/databases simultaneously)

Your skills and experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is essential
  • A sound understanding and keen interest in banking and financial services
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Degree in Finance/Business is highly regarded but not required
