Job summary

Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network in Port Augusta is seeking a Services Manager (ASO4) to lead and coordinate key support services including linen, catering, orderly, housekeeping and kiosk operations.

You will manage staff, budgets and service agreements to ensure efficient, high-standard services for patients and staff. Base salary range $82,212–$86,180 p.a., with flexible working arrangements and relocation support.

  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, financial resources and service agreements.
  • Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in supervision and customer service; proficient with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.

About You:
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to foster a positive team environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise across all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, financial resources and service agreements effectively.
  • Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to initiate and manage change.
  • Previous supervisory and customer service experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
