Job summary

b-g is seeking a Services Engineer for a major transport infrastructure project across South East Queensland. You will coordinate design, installation, testing and handover of building and operational services within live work areas.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, building-services or related engineering, 4–8 years of contractor experience coordinating services on stations, transport buildings or complex facilities, and Australian experience.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years' contractor experience coordinating services on stations, transport buildings or complex facilities.
• Construction induction card and ability to obtain project access competencies.
• Australian experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, communications and specialist-service designs and builders work.
• Manage services shop drawings, submissions, equipment approvals, RFIs and procurement schedules.
• Sequence installation with structure, architecture, access, rail systems and live-asset constraints.
• Verify pressure tests, electrical tests, balancing and cause-and-effect evidence.
• Coordinate integrated testing, defects, O&M manuals, training, asset data and handover.
