Job summary

Infrastructure Business Growth Pty Ltd in Maroochydore, QLD, is seeking a Services Engineer to coordinate design, installation, testing and handover of building services within live work areas on a major transport infrastructure project.

You'll manage multi-discipline coordination for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire and other services, with 4–8 years of contractor experience. Australian experience and a Construction Induction Card are required; relocation packages are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, building-services or related engineering discipline.
• 4-8 years' contractor experience coordinating services on stations, transport buildings or complex facilities.
• Construction induction card and ability to obtain project access competencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, communications and specialist-service designs and builders work.
• Manage services shop drawings, submissions, equipment approvals, RFIs and procurement schedules.
• Sequence installation with structure, architecture, access, rail systems and live-asset constraints.
• Verify pressure tests, electrical tests, balancing and cause-and-effect evidence.
• Coordinate integrated testing, defects, O&M manuals, training, asset data and handover.
