Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing, entitlements, reconciliation and ELPs.
• Support vendor audits, compliance reviews and software renewals.
• Identify licence reclamation and cost optimisation opportunities.
• Maintain ServiceNow SAM data, content and normalisation.
• Monitor platform health, data quality and integrations.
• Deliver EOL/EOS and software lifecycle reporting.
• Improve SAM processes, reporting and automation.
