Job summary

FinXL by Randstad Digital is seeking a ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Consultant to join on-site in Sydney. The role focuses on optimizing hardware asset lifecycles, asset inventory control, audits, and compliance within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have HAM/ITAM experience, CMDB/workflow configuration skills, and the ability to work with vendors and data quality initiatives. A suitable security clearance (NV1/NV2 or Baseline) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ServiceNow HAM and ITAM.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle processes (Plan → Procure → Receive → Deploy → Maintain → Retire).
• Experience with asset inventories, audits, compliance, and vendor management.
• Ability to manage hardware refresh programs and disposal.
• Experience with CMDB and ServiceNow workflow configurations.
• Security clearances NV1/NV2 or Baseline required/advantageous.
